Description:the production of intermediate
voltage cross linking cable is very complicated, except high
technical level, it needs exclusive equipment with advanced
control system; the cross linking production line applies three-layer
coextrusion bolt head, meanwhile presses materials of three
different layers onto compressed conductor (copper and aluminum)
which later enters high temperature pipe filled with high pressure
nitrogen, then lay on spool after running through nitrogen and
being water cooled. Advanced monitoring system, choice of high
standard material and well trained operation team, effectively
ensure reliability and stability of the intermediate voltage
product.
Service condition:highest temperature during
conductor operation of intermediate voltage power cable with
cross-linked polyethylene insulation is 90°C. The cable can
be applied in aerial, buried, cable channel, cable bridge and
underground cable tube in accordance with different standards;
some cable even can be soaked in water permanently. According
to different service condition, the company can produce antiflaming
and non-magnetic material sheathing shell intermediate voltage
power cable.
